对于施工员，自我必须先对每一天的工作资料有掌握，对每一天施工的技术要求和施工工艺熟练掌握，这样在现场的管理和协调中才能更好的处理。现场是一个极其考验一个人本事的地方，不光是对技术的掌握更是体此刻对整个施工现场的管理和协调，尤其是在很多工序交叉时候，更要处理好相关事宜来避免不必要的麻烦。
在这一年的施工员工作中，我收获很多，不仅仅是施工知识的掌握，同时对与各种层次人员的交流有了很大的提高，那里包括与同事的相处，与分包的相处方式，甚至与建设单位和监理之间的交流，这一切的一切都让我受益非浅。在施工技术方面，我以往有一次因为没有看技术组发出窗户和门的变更导致门窗洞口位置留错，幸好上报时被我们工长李哲发现并纠正。这件事给了我很大的触动，作为一名合格的施工员，必须对技术敏感，我们在实际的施工中，经常会遇到各种设计变更，施工员必须要第一时间了解、吃透这些变更，这样才能真正指挥好现场。资料整理方面做的不好，落下了很多资料，临时突击补资料搞的自我很狼狈。以后必须做到施工资料并行，保证认真工作态度，给以后的资料整理打下基础。

在一年的工作当中我们都尽了自我的努力，为老板节俭材料，告诫工人不要浪费材料，能够用的半砖块全部用上，二次结构植筋尽量全部用切割下来的短材料，大河有水小河满。

一、脚踏实地，尽职尽责
半年来，我认真学习公司新的规章制度，按时上下班，对自己的本职工作认真负责，绝不放过没一个细节。对领导安排的工作及时按时完成。从思想上到行动上多做到真正以公司为家，把公司的事当成自己的事去做，做到先有大家再有小家，把公司的事无论大小都当成首要大事去做，做到想公司所想，做公司所做。

在任职施工技术科资料员期间，本人工作一丝不苟、兢兢业业。主要工作有：
1、配合各专业工程师对工程资料作好严格把关。因为工程资料是真实反映工程项目施工的结果，资料就是在工程建设过程中构成各种形式的信息记录，仅有和其他专业工程师全力配合才能完成并做好这项工作。
2、负责施工资料的治理工作，并对施工资料进行收集、整理和归档。施工资料是工程建设过程中的真实记录，是一项系统工程。它牵涉到监理单位、建设单位、施工单位、设计单位等工程参建单位的实质性工作，是施工工作科学化、规范化、法制化的标志。
3、编制会议记录。
