主句为Could you tell me ...?或Would you tell me .......?
Could 与 Would并排过去时，仅仅是一种语气
若从句内表述客观事实，时态不变，仍为过去时
若从句内in+过去时间点(如：in 1990)只做一般过去时

*情态动词也要相应地变成过去时。
