在接到领导指示后，我快速的投入到实际工作当中去，为了到达预期效果，我2天内3次定位放线，最终满足了领导的预期效果。在施工过程中，我不惧辛苦，任劳任怨，努力做到了上班在现场，下班后由于工程需要多次加班加点工作。后期由于装饰公司的介入，这就需要良好的协调本事与组织本事。努力处理好双方在施工过程中所发生的摩擦和矛盾。最终顺利的在开盘前完成了样板房工程。为公司开盘后可观的销售情景及扭亏为营做出了应有的贡献。

一年来的工作心得
1、坚持良好的心态与进取进去的工作态度。我作为____一分子，自觉遵守公司的各项规章制度，服从上级领导的工作安排;以对公司绝对忠诚的态度投入到各项工作中去，把公司的事情当作自我家里的事情去做，在解决现场施工管理、协调等工作上，依据现场实际情景进取主动的思考，自我研究应当完成的各项工作，而不是等领导来安排。以主人翁的心态投入到各项工作中去，维护公司的形象和利益不受损害。
2、把自我融入到公司的大团体中去，依靠团体的智慧及力量完成各项工作。在我今年完成的许多工作中，得到各级领导和同事们的支持和帮忙。
3、经过一年来的工作发现自我还有很多不足之处：在工作中处理现场事宜，管理力度不够;处理问题还不是太细心，这些问题我将在崭新的20__年多加注意克服。

本人__于__月份从一名实习生正式成为__公司的一员，在___项目部_#楼从事施工员一职，从学校到工程施工单位，虽然我的工作岗位和主角发生了很大变化，并且对工程上的各种技术都是很生疏，但在领导的关心和同事的帮忙下，凭着自我的专业基础和在同事的细心讲解指导下有了必须的了解和认识，加上刻苦钻研和学习，很快适应了工作环境，并取得了必须的成绩，注重自我的思想建设，不断提高自我的政治素质，在工作中言行一致，作风端正，实事求是，工作作风严谨一丝不苟，精益求精，勤奋务实。坚持健康心态，进取进取，乐观向上，对建筑事业和公司前途充满信心。
情景简要评价如下：
一、工作态度
无论在工作还是生活教师个人评价，只要在工作中你努力了就有一份收获，所以我一向在努力，不断技术员工评价学习，不断努力工作。热爱自我本职员工评价能够正确认真对待每一项工作，工作投入，按时出勤，有效利用工作时间，坚守岗位。工期紧，人员少，任务繁多，能够做到跟班作业，保证按时完成检验任务，保证工程检验畅通，表现出我们施工人员职责心强，发扬了我们施工人员连续工作、吃苦耐劳的精神。
认真学习各种规范文件。及时掌握新技术、新知识、新规范，以便在工作中加以应用，坚持根据工作需要学习，将学来的技术知识及时的应用到实际工作中，使自我的业务水平提高，具备较强的专业工作本事，能根据工作需要，服从领导安排，从事多个岗位的技术工作。
二、具体工作
主要负责12#楼的砌体和粉刷。
(一)墙体砌筑质量要求：砖缝必须横平、竖直、错缝搭接、避免通缝、同时砖缝砂浆必须饱满，薄厚均匀。
墙体施工应注意的事项：
1、在与剪力墙接触处，应用预留的拉结筋与砌筑的墙体搭接，使用拉结筋的目的在于提高墙体的整体性。
2、对墙体的细部构造，在设门窗过梁时，当上部荷载过大时须加设钢筋的应设钢筋，以提高承载本事。
内墙抹灰：一般的施工工序，基层处理—做烩饼、冲筋—抹底层灰——抹中层灰—罩面灰。
(二)材料选用：
1、水泥选用32.5#普通硅酸盐水泥。
2、砂选用中砂，过5mm孔径的筛子，期内不得包含树根等有机物质。
3、网片
(三)墙体的抹灰由底层、中层和饰面层组成：
1、抹底层砂浆：先抹薄薄一层底子灰，之后分层装档、找平，再用大杠水平刮找一下，再用木抹子搓毛，然后全面检查底子灰是否平整，阴阳角是否方正，阴角交接处、墙与顶板交接处是否光滑平整，并有靠尺检查墙面垂直平整情景。抹灰面接茬应顺平，地面砂灰应及时清理干净。一般应从上而下进行。
2、在摸中层灰时等底层灰7~8成干时摸中层灰。操作时应按自上而下，从左到右的顺序进行。
3、抹面层灰应等中层7~8成干时抹罩面灰，先在中层灰上洒水，然后将面层砂浆分布均匀的涂抹上去，一般应按自上而下，从左到右的顺序进行，抹满后应用铁抹子压实压光。
4、抹阴阳角时应用阴阳角方尺检测阴阳角的直角度，并检查阴阳角的垂直度，然后定抹灰厚度，浇水湿润。用木质阴角器和阳角器分别进行阴阳角处抹灰，先抹底层灰，使其基本到达直角，在抹中层灰，使阴阳角方正。
(四)作为管理人员，对工程应有整体把握以及必须的预见性，天大的问题也是能够解决的，不必惊慌失措，而应寻找妥善解决的办法。
(五)需研究工人劳动强度、经济利益等因素，懂得管理的艺术，但不得由此而影响工期。尽量减少返工处理的事项，要严格按国家规范、设计图纸施工，在工作中努力学习，不断评价经验，吸取教训，大胆进行技术改革和创新，努力将自我的专业技术水平提高到一个新的台阶。
二、努力的方向
研究到在建筑施工单位个人的工作范围有限，所以更需要给自身充电，积累更多的技术经验，争取到达工作年限要求时，顺利经过全国建造师资格考试，充分利用经过全国建造师资格考试的优势及以往的工作经验，进取主动接触各种相关业务，提高自身的实际操作本事，为公司的品牌建设作出自我应有的贡献。

四、主要完成工作情景及业绩简述：
1、在_____工程项目中担任资料员及技术助理，工程于20PC年12月10日开工__年_月_日竣工，总工期_天，工程造价___万，总面积约3500㎡。此工程系市政加少量土建工程，因以前做过少量市政工程，所以本工程对我来说还算容易上手。绿化工程是一个对时间季节性比较挑剔的项目，从本工程开工时间上来说对本工程的影响不大，相对来说还是有利的。虽然冬期栽种的花草树木不易走根，可是相对夏天来说不会很容易干枯，只要把保温措施做好了成活率是相当高的。在施工过程中我不断查阅相关专业资料，对我们栽种的各种花草树木的成长要求进行了解，把保护措施做到最好，使成活率得到保证。在施工期间本人进取协调各单位之间的配合，在全项目部全体成员的密切配合下在施工期间未发生一齐安全质量事故，在规定的工期内严格按照业主及施工图纸要求使工程顺利实现竣工验收。在此工程中又让我学习到了绿化方面更加专业的知识，使自我的专业技术水平有了提高的提高。
