看来的知识没有经过实践终究掌握的不够透彻，因此我们还需要努力将这些知识用到项目当中去，而这也是一个过程。公司可能刚开始的时候会要我们跟着前辈去跑项目，看前辈怎么去弄好一个项目。去别的公司跑项目，他们公司的知识平台可能跟自己公司的又不同。在跑项目的工程中，我们需要留意不同公司不同情况的处理办法，为我们将来自己单独出去打下一个基础。而每当我们跑完一个项目的时候，我都会尝试去评价。看看自己有什么样子的收获。回到公司，在自己公司的项目上面进行进一步的操作，使自己加快速度去熟练项目。在自己实践的时候，肯定也是会产生各种各样，稀奇古怪的错误。能产生错误就暗示我们又有新的收获。我会正视错误，自己努力单独去解决错误。这样的收获才会是最大的，倘若我们一遇到错误就不假思索的去求助，那样我们就会产生一个依赖心理。对自己的自信心也是一个相当大的打击。我们不要怕错误。每一个错误都昭示我们一个地方的不足，而没改进一个不足，我们就是一个提升。

三、要学会与人相处，融入社会。

同学，是一同学习的人，学习是不会与利益挂钩，而同事，是一同做事的人，大家都在为了事业打拼，为了自己的利益打拼。因此每个人对于利益都有自己的想法和认识。因此我们要在不去损害他人的利益的同时，努力给自己创造利益，并且能够将自己利益最大化，给别人能够带来利益。那么不仅仅是对自己产生了好的影响，对整个社会都是一种贡献。实习以来，我明白作为一名即将踏入社会的当代大学生。我们不要好高骛远的将振兴中华这种口号和目标扛在自己的肩膀上面，我们应该脚踏实地，上好每一天的班，过好每一天的生活，努力实现自己的自我价值就是对国家和社会的最好的回报。

工程自我评价 篇17

本人自x年从就一直从事变电检修部的继电保护工作，在这个岗位上一干就是十年。在这十年里，开始，我是一个刚出茅庐的毕业生，从最基本的工作做起，从学徒做起，从继电保护班员、工作负责人、班组长、副班长、到现在的班长，可以说，所走过每一步都留下了自己深深的脚印。我靠的是自己的勤奋、好学、敢拼、敢闯工作作风，科学、严谨的工作态度，以及孜孜不倦的求知精神。在这十年里，我先后经历保护装置的四代更新，我从最基本的电磁型保护调起、晶体管保护、集成保护，到我们目前广泛应用的微机保护，通过这四代保护装置的更新换代，我对各种保护装置的原理、调试、设备性能都有比较深刻的认识和研究，同时也为自己打下的扎实的工作基础，并积累了丰富的工作经验。在这期间，我也利用业余时间，努力学习，不断提高自己的专业技术理论水平，通过参加成人高考、网络教育，也先后取得了大专文凭、本科文凭。通过对保护装置的日常检验、维护、以及保护的更新、改造，我熟练掌握了各种保护装置的技改安装、调试、以及正常运行维护。现在对我们局属各220kV、110kV变电站设备运行情况、设备状况以及相关二次设备有比较深入认识，能够胜任局属各变电站的所有二次设备的检修、维护、技术改造、设计等工作，并熟悉了主网各专业的工作流程。

以下是我个人专业技术工作总结：

一、继电保护专业日常的检修、维护工作方面

本人事继电保护十年来，在这十年里，我是经历保护装置的四代更新，我从最基本的电磁型保护调起、晶体管保护、集成保护，到我们目前广泛应用的微机保护，通过这四代保护装置的检修维护，我对各种保护装置的原理、调试、设备性能都有比较深刻的研究，同时也为自己打下的扎实的工作基础，并积累了丰富的工作经验。

在这十年的工作生涯中，我们管辖了10个220kV变电站的、29个110kV变电站的日常维护、检修工作。我从学徒学起，认真钻研技术，虚心向老同志学习，积

极主动承担各项工作任务，使得自己业务技术水平、理论知识不断提高，并逐步成为班组的技术骨干。我参加工作第二年转工作负责人后，自己就开始负责110kV主变保护的年检工作，110kV线路保护、220kV线路保护、220kV主变保护、220kV母差保护等年检、维护。目前自己已经熟练掌握220kV、110kV、35kV变电站的线路保护、主变保护、母差保护、备自投装置、联切负荷装置等设备的日常检修、维护。

经过这十年继电保护现场工作，自己积累丰富的现场经验，在年检、消缺和综合分析、判断能力方面都得到较大的提高。如20xx年，钟山变220kV李钟Ⅰ回243保护年检时，发现CKJ集成保护中一块逻辑芯片坏，B相单相故障时，不选相，直接三跳，经更换芯片后正常，避免一次扩大电网事故的隐患;20xx年，东渡变220kV母差保护(Radss)全检时，发现Ⅰ母负压继电器抗干扰非常差，及时进行了更换，避免的一次可能由于二次设备内部隐患而造成的电网事故;20xx年，钟山变220kV鼎钟Ⅱ回244线路报“CSL-101B保护重合闸不充电”，外回路没有任何异常，经查为保护装置内部的逻辑板的YJ电压继电器接点粘死所致，更换后正常。

二、继电保护技术改造工作方面

自1998年开始，我们局就进入大规模的继电保护设备的技术改造，通过技术改造，我们的电网安全运行可靠性有了一个质的飞跃，目前的电网二次设备消缺率大幅度下降，保护正确动作率高于98℅以上。在此期间，我负责了大量技术改造任务，如晶体保护、电磁型保护的微机化改造;110kV变电站的综合自动化改造;220kV线路、主变保护微机化、双重化改造;220kV变电站无人值守改造等。在负责电网二次设备的技术改造过程中，自己编写施工组织方案、技术安全措施、调试方案，全面负责整个改造的全过程。在技术改造过程中，自己不断的探索、不断的总结经验，更进一步地加深对继电保护的原理、设备运行性能的理解，自己的技术水平得进一步的锤炼，特别是为今后日常年检、维护等工作打下了坚实的基础。

至今，我主要负责的技术改造有：20xx年的220kV东渡变全站的无人值守改造。本次改造涉及到全站的所有一、二次设备，一次设备的新旧程度参差不齐，220kV系统是法国原装进口的GIS开关，110kV系统的刀闸操作机构型号不少于20种，基本上都需要现场进行技术改造才能满足无人值守改造的需要，加上工期又

短，给我们的技术改造带来预想不到的困难。面对困难，我没有退缩，我白天在现场负责技术改造工作，晚上总结、分析技术改造存在的情况、攻关技术难点、难题，并制定有效的施工方案。通过了我们的不懈努力，我们顺利完成了全站的无人值守改造任务。

还有主要负责了：20xx年，负责全省第一套全省联网安控系统联切装置，500kV变站端的安装、调试、联调。20xx年负责东渡变#1主变双重化改造;20xx年，负责220kV钟山变220kV系统部分的无人值守改造;20xx年，负责220kV钟山变全站直流系统改造;20xx负责220kV钟山变220kV嵩山Ⅰ、Ⅱ回线路保护改造;20xx年，负责110kV叶厝变全局第一套消弧线圈控制装置安装、调试等等。同时参与20xx年220kV李林变的全站无人值守改造、#1主变保护改造;20xx年的安兜变全站无人值守改造等。

三、继电保护专业设计工作方面

做为一名合格继电保护人员，单能胜任检修、维护、技改等工作还是远远不够的，为了能更加全面、系统地了解继电保护工作的原理、配置原则以及必要性，必须经过参加设计，才能明确我们的继电保护工作目的性和重要性，才能进一步化深对继电保护的理解。1998年，我就开始负责了设计半兰山变110kV故障录的改造设计。主要的设计工作有：20xx-20xx年，负责设计同安局所属2个110kV变电站(马巷变、梅山变)、3个35kV变电站(大澄变、内厝变、新店)全站的无人值守改造设计，并已经全部改造完成，并投入运行;20xx年负责110kV鸿山变、叶厝变继电保护综合自动化改造主变保护、监控部分的设计;20xx年东渡变35kV母差保护改造设计;20xx年负责220kV梧侣变的110kV梧梅、梧马线保护改造的设计;20xx年负责110kV叶厝变#3主变扩建10kV部分的设计等等。现在，可以胜任局属各变电站的各二次设备的技术改造设计。

四、新、改扩建变电站的质量监督和验收工作方面

通过日常维护、检修以及消缺工作中的不断学习和摸索，为自己打下了扎实工作基础，并积累了丰富的现场工作技术经验，在新、改扩建变电站的质量监督和验收工作中取得重举足轻重的作用。如20xx年负责验收监督220kV钟山变#2主变扩建工程、110kV叶措变#3主变扩建等;验收方面如：20xx年的220kV锦园I、II期新建站全站的二次设备方面的验收及送电、20xx年220kV鼎美变I期的全站的

二次设备方面的验收及送电、20xx年220kV翔安变I期等。在质量监督、验收工作也发现不少问题，如：PT二次回路多点接地;CT组别没有交插、两点接点、没有接地点;强弱电共混;控制、信号电源互窜等安全隐患，由于验收时及时发现、并责令整改，为以后设备安全、健康、稳定运行打下了坚实的基础。

五、继电保护反措工作方面

在继电保护反措工作方面，我们严格按照《继电保护二十八的反措》要求以及相关的反措文件，认真执行，严格把关。1999年起，我就开始参加执行大量的继电保护反措工作。如：各变电站的端子箱、保护屏加装120mm二次接地线反措;全站PT二次一点接地改造;二次电缆交直流回路、强弱电共混一根电缆反措改造;220kV及以上开关双操双跳改造;高频通道的结合滤波器加装抗干扰隔离电容以及一、二接地共混改造反措、非微机型母差保护在保护屏上一点接地等反措。通过我们大量的反措改造工作后，电网的设备安全可靠性大幅度提高，继电保护的正确率达到了99﹪以上。

六、组织管理工作方面

在组织方面，20xx年我从一名普通的班员，提升为东渡组的组长，负责220kV东渡变、钟山变以及6个110kV变电站的日常检修、消缺、技术改造、设计等工作。做为班组长，工作重点不再局限于做好各项工作任务，必须全盘考虑所负责片区的工作安排、以及人员组织、技术培训等多方面工作。在我的带领下，我们先后顺利完成了220kV东渡变、钟山变的无人值守改造和220kV主变保护双重化改造等重大、重点改造工程、年检完成率、消缺率百分百;同时也培养了一批技术骨干，进一步缓解了班组人手不足的压力。由于本人的较强的工作组织协调能力以及扎实的工作经验，20xx年我提升为付班长兼安全员。在初级的管理岗位上，我立足于本岗，积极主动配合班长的各项工作，加强班组内部建设，不断改善班组工作环境，努力构建一个和谐、团结、有灵聚力的班组。在班组安全方面，我敢抓，敢管，并以身作责，这几年来，我们班没有发生过继电保护“三误”事故、人为事故、设备事故等责任事故。20xx年，我任班长，在这安全生产第一责任人的位置上，我深感责任和压力的重大，特别是在此期间我们部门进行了专业的整合，由原来的一个专业增加为四个专业，如何调配好各专业的分工与合作是班组工作的重中之重。我在抓好现场工作安全的前提下，加强班组技术培训，

强化不同专业的互动与渗透，以在最短的时间内达到最佳的专业整合目的;同时加强班组内部建设，及时了解、掌握每位班员的思想动态，并及时进行沟通，消除部分班员思想上的波动。通过大家的共同努力，我们这个新集体正以饱满精神、迈着矫健的步伐一步、一步向着冲。

工程自我评价 篇18

今年是我成为上班族以来的第二个整年。土建工程师是我从事的第一份工作，是我职业生涯的一个起点，我对此也十分珍惜，尽最大努力去适应这一岗位。经过一年来的不断学习，以及同事、领导的帮忙，我已完全融入到了_______这个大家庭中，个人的工作技能也有了明显的提高，虽然工作中还存在这样那样的不足之处，但应当说这一年付出了不少，也收获了很多，我自我感到成长了，也逐渐成熟了。此刻就10年的工作情景评价如下：

一年来经过我的不懈努力，完成了一期、二期工程施工资料整理及移交工作、二期工程景观、绿化工作、____c组团前期开工准备工作、c组团样板房工程等公司领导交付的其他工作

1、二期工程施工资料整理及移交工作

今年上半年二期工程顺利交工并交付业主使用，工程交工前必须先把施工资料整理交接完毕，我认真检查把每一栋楼的施工资料都仔细查阅，力争做到一张不漏、一张不缺、目录整齐、保证资料齐全，交房前二期13栋楼所有的户型图、质保保证书、使用说明书，我都要提前准备齐全，已备交房时给业主以充分的保障。二期13栋楼的备案资料全部经由我手整理完毕，再领导的指导下，我顺利的完成了交房前所有资料的整理工作。交房后由于资料过多及其重要性，需移交公司档案室保管，移交期间，我必须对二期30栋楼的100多盒资料重新整理，做到每张都有记录并制定出能够从中找出任意一张资料的目录。期间我花费很多精力，花费将近一月的时间，最终不负领导所托吧所有资料都重新整理完毕。

2、二期工程景观、绿化工作

年初，我接手二期工程景观、绿化工作。景观、绿化工作相对于现代化小区，比重虽小，可是意义重大。它是现代化新生活小区不可或缺的。由于准备充足，二期的景观、绿化工作进行的很顺利。

可是，后期验收时，由于苗木规格、种类繁多给我们的验收工作带来了很大的麻烦，最终，我经过与技术部通力合作，把所有苗木的种类、数量、规格全部核查到位。最终顺利的完成了领导交付的此项工作。

3、________工程

9月初，接领导指示。要建设c组团样板房。它是10年在全国房地产低迷情景下，公司领导英明决定_____c组团开工，组建____加这种新户型的一个缩影。它的好坏直接影响立体叠加开盘后的销售业绩，同时也是公司今年即b组团销售情景不乐观后的一项新举措，它的成败直接影响到公司今年的成败。

在接到领导指示后，我快速的投入到实际工作当中去，为了到达预期效果，我2天内3次定位放线，最终满足了领导的预期效果。在施工过程中，我不惧辛苦，任劳任怨，努力做到了上班在现场，下班后由于工程需要多次加班加点工作。后期由于装饰公司的介入，这就需要良好的协调本事与组织本事。努力处理好双方在施工过程中所发生的摩擦和矛盾。最终顺利的在开盘前完成了样板房工程。为公司开盘后可观的销售情景及扭亏为营做出了应有的贡献。

在________顺利开盘后，我又与技术部合作。参与了样板房后期的决算事宜。

一年来的工作心得

1、坚持良好的心态与进取进去的工作态度。我作为____一分子，自觉遵守公司的各项规章制度，服从上级领导的工作安排;以对公司绝对忠诚的态度投入到各项工作中去，把公司的事情当作自我家里的事情去做，在解决现场施工管理、协调等工作上，依据现场实际情景进取主动的思考，自我研究应当完成的各项工作，而不是等领导来安排。以主人翁的心态投入到各项工作中去，维护公司的形象和利益不受损害。

2、把自我融入到公司的大团体中去，依靠团体的智慧及力量完成各项工作。在我今年完成的许多工作中，得到各级领导和同事们的支持和帮忙。

3、经过一年来的工作发现自我还有很多不足之处：在工作中处理现场事宜，管理力度不够;处理问题还不是太细心，这些问题我将在崭新的20__年多加注意克服。

20__年，对于我来说是探索、学习、提高的一年，应对着与以前不一样的工作资料，我摆正了自我的心态，充分发挥主管能动性，进取主动的思考。在这样的一年中，我经过自我的劳动充实了自我，经过领导赋予自我的机会开阔了自我的视野。
