Although perhaps I'm not the best among the candidates, but with my strong knowledge background and full enthusiasm for education, I am sure I will satisfy you well.
As a college student, I concentrated on studying modern teaching technology. I have acquired enough essential and fundamental knowledge of English teaching in the past three years. 2、 加强班子建设，优化现有干部和员工，建立一支优良过硬的作战队伍，坚决做到因需设岗，因岗定人。和泰纸业决不养闲人，不养庸人，更不养懒人。任人唯贤，要及时发现提拔各类优秀人才，把最优秀的人才安排在和泰最重要的岗位上，让他们挑起和泰的重梁。
3、 确实按照近期董事会所制定的各项工作目标，真抓实干，扎实工作，确保和泰纸业达标达产。
