一、服从领导安排，认真履行本职工作
作为一个年轻人，首先我必须摆正自我的位置，清楚自我的优点和不足。经过一年的监理业务理论和实践的感知，20__年能够说是我学以致用，增强实践的一年。20__年5月9日之前，我被安排在陕教院项目监理部和西岳新家园项目监理部。陕教院项目监理部工作期间，在总监代表的指导和帮忙下，我主要负责各施工单位竣工资料及监理部资料的收集整理工作，和叶田仁同志负责该项目的室外总体及各单体楼后期收尾未完成的施工部位实施监理工作，并对现场构成的签证及时进行工程量的确认。

我作为a标段主要职责人员，我想我不能不重视这些质量安全问题，作为监理人员，这是我必须要控制的范围，经过冷静思考，应对现场实际情景，我当天夜里编写了关于落实施工方质量三检制度及监理报验程序的文件，经过总监代表的修改和认可，第二天对施工方召开质量安全专题会议，就文件资料对施工方进行交底，再一次明确质量控制和安全控制的工作程序，严格按程序办事，职责落实到人，进一步加强了施工方的质量和安全管理力度。现a标段在建的8栋单体楼年前主体即将封顶，在施工期间，质量和安全都处有效控制状态。
二、监理工作范围广，控制重点是关键
在阳光城项目部，业主重点要求监理人员对工程质量、安全和进度实施监控，a标段各单体楼屋面为45°斜屋面，施工中存在较大安全隐患，同时屋面混凝土板厚控制很难掌握，在要求施工方提前上报的斜屋面专项施工方案中，经审阅，发现有些安全质量技术措施不具备可操作行，提议施工方另选其它方便可行方案，我及时将该问题反映给总监，总监提出了较好的施工提议，施工方采取了该提议，不仅仅缩短了斜屋面施工时间，还保证了屋面板板厚和混凝土浇筑质量，施工过程中未出现任何安全事故。
在进度控制方面，我认真学习了公司编制的进度控制办法，并根据本工程实际情景制定了具体进度控制实施办法，以建设单位要求的施工进度节点为依据，对施工方编制的总进度计划经总监审核经过后，我认真核对施工方编制的月进度计划及周进度计划，每周五中午对现场实际完成情景与周进度计划相比较，找出偏差原因，并及时与施工方生产经理沟通，要求及时采取有效措施，把进度抢回来。
三、监理工作是行为成果，进取主动控制是监理人的执业灵魂

四、反省自身不足，加强监理业务学习，不断提高自身素质，努力做好监理工作
在阳光城项目监理部工作期间，设计图纸中出现很多错漏碰缺的地方，再加之设计变更频繁出现，我深刻意识到对图纸的掌握必须到位。另外，安装图纸及安装施工技术我还没有全面掌握，为更好的以设计图纸为依据实施监理，我必须在后期工作当中，认真对设计图纸的全面掌握再下真功夫。
