工作一年了，结合我自身谈谈UI设计的重要性。现在主流的论坛建站程序有两种Phpwind和Discuz(Phpwind被阿里巴巴收购Discuz被腾讯收购这两个论坛程序都是开源免费的)，下面是UI设计师个人评价：。
利用这两种程序我都分别建立过论坛，我第一次用的是Phpwind后来我转用了Discuz(当时我只是略懂HTML和CSS),迫使我放弃使用Phpwind论坛程序的主要原因是Phpwind论坛界面不太好看(现在phpwind设计团队好像在这方面做了改进)，第二个是很多功能都很难摸清楚，插件安装很繁琐。其实Phpwind的功能比Discuz略强大一点。但是我们现在上网大多都会发现论坛网站都是基于Discuz建立的。Discuz为什么比Phpwind有市场关键取决于界面设计和用户体验设计。
同样苹果的iPhone手机卖的很火爆，iPhone的硬件根本算不上高端，也没有研发什么强大的手机功能(苹果有的手软件件功能智能机基本都能安装)但是苹果就是卖的好!大家都知道是因为iPhone的工业设计界面设计和用户体验设计做得好!
结合各种实例，我们会发现人们的文化素养提高了，应用软件已经不能仅仅停留在满足功能需要。
还需要有审美和文化内涵的需求。现在中国劳动力的主力军是70后80后(未来十年是8090后)而这些人大多接受过良好的教育没有吃过苦，这些人懂得审美有自己的个性，比较挑剔。这就需要我们的软件在界面设计和用户体验设计方面下工夫。这样才会迎合用户的各种需求。使用户满意，获得好的口碑。开拓更广的市场。

1.配色问题
一个网页的色彩最好不要超过3种，一面视觉效果混乱，用色柔和，对比度强的色彩不能应用于一般网站，时尚网站使用还可以。
2.字体问题
很重要的一个问题，用标准字标准色，这是一个规范，行距一般控制在20px左右，不要太小，也不要太大，自己大小注意，中文12px，英文11px或者10px。不要用黑色字，可以用灰度或者其它柔和颜色，统一整个网页字体的色彩以及大小，规范整体。
3.布局规范
布局是非常重要的，考虑客户浏览习惯以及他们想展现的内容，并且优化。一个网页，如果布局不合理的话不但影响浏览，而且非常难看。
4.制作习惯
必须非常熟悉各种网站的功能，要做得非常全面，比如说一个商城的网站应该有哪些内容必须非常清楚，不要等客户提出之后才补充上去，会显得自己非常不专业。

在这三个月的时间里，在领导和同事们的悉心关怀和指导下，通过自身的不懈努力，各方面均取得了一定的进步，现将我的工作情况作如下汇报。
记得初次应聘时，我对公司的认识仅仅局限于重庆几家顶级的广告公司之一，对设计师一职的认识也仅局限于从事相对单纯的广告创意和美术执行工作。除此之外，便一无所知了。所以，试用期中如何去认识、了解并熟悉自己所从事的行业，便成了我的当务之急。
一、理论学习和日常工作积累
通过理论学习和日常工作积累使我对公司有了较为深刻的认识。记得初到公司时，交到我手里的第一份工作就是一张企业贺卡的修改，然而说来惭愧是，因为对于对方企业整体形象包装的不熟悉，导致这张小小的贺卡修改任务就让我在公司的第一天工作从下午5：00左右持续到深夜12：00以后，反复的修改和漫长的等待客户的回复对我来说，既新鲜也处处存在挑战。不懂就学，是一切进步取得的前提和基础。
在这段时间里我认真学习和认识了公司各相关资料，并且对公司以前的、现在的客户的相关资料有了比较初步的了解，再加上日常工作积累使我对公司有了较为深刻的认识，也意识到了公司在重庆广告业举足轻重的地位，她的发展对于推动整个重庆广告业的发展有着巨大作用。同时，公司拥有比较先进的管理体制和企业化标准运作的行政机构。这一切都让我对公司的发展充满了信心和憧憬。

一、工作总结：
从开始连效果图都做不好到现在能自己套程序，虽然自己也付出了努力，但是更离不开同事们的帮助。在这三个月里，我学习了制作网页的基础知识。从配色到布局，从制作效果图再到切片，再到用dw制作网页，最后套程序。每一个环节我都没有松懈，不管是在公司还是回到家里，我都会充分利用时间来学习，补充自己贫瘠的知识。虽然现在的水平还远远不够，但是扪心自问，我在远洋的每一天都是充实的，没有虚度，我相信在新的一年里，通过自己的努力和同事们的帮助，我会学到更多的东西，不管是在技术水平上还是其他方面，都更上一层楼。
二、工作中的不足：
虽然通过三个月的努力，技术水平有所提高，但是还是存在很多不足的地方，因为基础打的不够好，很多地方学习起来有些吃力，不停的问同事，也给别人带来了不少麻烦，因为知识的不足，使得开始的学习有些混乱，感觉不知道从哪里开始学起，无从下手，浪费了不少时间。
三、新一年的目标：
过去的一年的整体上是紧张的、忙碌的、充实的。因为我刚刚来到远洋，所以对我来说这也是充满希望的一年。展望新的工作年度，希望能够再接再砺，同时也加强自身的能力，工作中与同事多沟通，多关心了解其他部门的工作性质，进一步提高自己专业知识技能，积极吸收新的观念与设计理念，要继续在自己的工作岗位上踏踏实实做事，老老实实做人，争取做出更大的成绩来。

在我工作经历中，让我感到幸运的就是公司给我这一次就业机会。与以往的工作经历不同的是，这里给人一种完全放松的工作氛围，没有因为测试出的 bug 和不能按时提交的软件模块功能而心怀忐忑，接触的人际关系也不再是有限的技术人员，在这里我学到很多以前不曾接处的东西，处理人际关系的能力，会不会说让人喜欢的话，处事的心态等。在此对一个月的工作和生活做一下总结，从中发现自己的缺点和不足，在以后的工作中加以改进，以提高自己的工作水平。

在此我定下了明年的工作目标。了解公司的操作过程，运营方式，虽然我是公司的 it 技术人员，对于学习这些知识表面上看似无任何关联，我只要按公司给的需求开发出相应的系统即可。但我认为，最好的项目是最适合顾客体验的，要想做出受顾客欢迎的网站，要站在顾客角度上考虑。因此要融入到旅游行业，身处其境，才能做得更好。我跟华哥聊过公司的网络发展，华哥的目标是明年使至尊网成为华南最大的旅游网，使至尊网成为一个品牌。这是我们网络部的目标，也是我的目标。配合好华哥的工作，使网站能按时上线。与网络部的同事一起努力，把网络推广做到最好。
