回顾X年，支书助理已近两年，回想起初到村任职时的激动和茫然，现在的我多了几分成熟和淡定。这两年，在上级组织部门的精心关怀和严格要求下，在乡党委、政府直接领导以及村两委干部热心帮助下，我立足本职，尽职尽责地完成各项工作，积极推进本村经济社会事业的全面发展。我也积累了大量的宝贵工作经验，学会了为人处事的方法，从一名懵懵懂懂的大学生转变成了农村基层工作者的一员。为了更好地服务群众，现将两年来的工作情况总结汇报如下：
一、转变角色，加强学习。一是以村民身份去定位自我，深入村里体会农民疾苦，将农民切身利益与自己本职工作紧密联系在一起，在工作中学习，在学习中工作。二是努力做到”五个学习“。向书本学习、向村民学习、向领导学习、向实践学习、向同事学习。不轻视小事、琐事，不害怕重复、无偿，不拒绝平淡、平凡，力所能及为村民服务，不挑大小，注重总结与积累，更加注重用心学习和踏实工作，加强锻炼以提高自己的工作能力。三是加强工作协调能力，经过一些工作的锻炼，能够很好地协调村里和乡政府之间的工作，保证村上工作如实上报，乡镇任务顺利下达。
二、坚持基层实践，积极投身到村内事务。
1、参与村支两委工作，协调基层组织建设，同时完善村“两委”联席会议、村民代表会议、党员会议等制度，规范村议事程序和决策办法，确保“两委”协调，高效运转。
2、积极开展农村党员干部现代远程教育。作为到村任职大学生，积极开展远程教育也是我的分内工作，我积极协助组织村内党员群众，他们一起收看优秀党员的典型事例、党的方针政策等节目，充分发挥了远程教育在推进农村基层组织建设和新农村建设中的作用，活动内容丰富。
3、推广普及新型农村合作医疗。大力宣传合作医疗的政策，配合村会计收费登记，因工作到位，我村每年参合率均在全乡前列，受到乡领导的好评和奖励，同时协助乡政府做好计算机录入工作。
4、文字协助工作。在领导的帮助下写报告、总结、报道等，努力将村里人的真抓实干、努力建设新农村的情况报道出去，通过现在这方面的锻炼，提高了我在公文写作方面的能力。对村内各类台账资料的整理、分类，对村务公开的资料进行整理。
5、关注民生。协助村干部办理村民的新农合医保、养老保险等，主动做好助手，按时完成任务。同时协助乡民政部门登记我村内的低保、五保对象，建立档案。
6、助力“两委”换届选举。配合旧一任“两委”干部做好前期摸底、准备工作，及时做好材料信息的收集，与乡派工作人员做好沟通，助力“两委”换届选举。
7、落实党的群众路线教育实践活动。积极配合乡党委开展党的群众路线教育实践活动，认真查找自身问题，查找村两委领导班子“四风”建设问题，并根据上级安排逐步推进，针对查找出的问题限期整改，自我总结，获得良好效果，群众对此次活动给予了高度的赞扬。
8、“美丽宛田〃清洁乡村”工作。积极配合乡政府、村委做好村委日常保洁，监督保洁员按时按质完成工作，接到上级迎检任务，及时协调保洁人员，努力做好“三清洁”工作。
三、尽职尽责，亲力亲为。在两年多的工作中，我立足实际，在村级事务管理中，尽职尽责，努力成为“党员群众的贴心人、方针政策的讲解员、致富信息的传递者“。这两年我主抓“美丽乡村”工作，工作的复杂和任务的繁重既是一次很好的学习锻炼机会，也是对我工作能力的检验。这些工作一方面增进了我与村民的感情，村民们把我当成村委的一名普通工作人员，当成一名普通的村民看待，这对我工作的开展打下了良好的群众基础;另一方面，我对村委有了比较详细的认识，对全村的村情有了进一步的了解，这对我协助村党支部书记和村委主任完善我村的管理工作，提出合理化建议，奠定了基础。

作为一名大学生“村官”，来到农村，是来实实在在做事的，这是全体村民对我的期待，也是上级领导对大学生“村官”的希冀。“严格要求自己，有所作为”成为我的工作目标，积极投身于社会主义新农村建设。为当好这个“村官”，我始终带着深厚的感情为群众服务，用真情赢得了群众的信任和拥护。自参加工作以来，在各级领导的精心培育和教导下，我通过自身的不断努力，在思想品德、能力素质、学习工作、遵纪守法、廉洁自律等方面，都取得了长足的发展和巨大的收获，现将有关情况总结如下：

时光飞逝，转眼间我来到xx乡三个月的试用期已经结束了。回忆这三个月来，我的确成长了不少，在这段时间里大家给予了我足够的宽容、支持和帮助，让我充分感受到了领导们“海纳百川”的胸襟，感受到了同事之间和谐的氛围，也领悟了乡政府工作人员和村官助理工作的辛苦与琐碎，看到了领导和同事一丝不苟的工作态度。对大家肃然起敬的同时，也为我有机会和这些兢兢业业的人一起工作而深感荣幸。
工作三个月了，可能还带着学生时的学习习惯，我把自己在这里每天的工作都做个简单的记录，这样既让我熟悉了工作，也方便了有问题时的查询。我想，这个习惯我会一直坚持下去的。 在这里工作对我来说，应该是比较容易适应的，毕竟，我出生在这里，对这里的自然环境和人文环境比较了解。因此，工作起来还算得心应手。刚刚离开学校，步入社会，对自己的工作具体情况认识不是很清楚，不过这不会成为我工作的障碍，我拿出学生时的学习态度，虚心学习，多和领导、同事请教、交流和沟通，遇事多思考，为了更好的了解我的工作性质和任务，我在休息时间经常和上一届的哥哥姐姐们聊天，以便加深认识，更好的完成工作。因此，本着谦虚谨慎的态度和不减的工作热情，这三个月来，我的工作基本完成的很顺利，和领导沟通及时，和同事相处融洽。
记得刚来时，我对这里的认识仅仅局限于地理位置和基本的农业，除此之外，便一无所知了。 通过这一个月的工作，使我对科室的工作有了基本的认识，也对自己所负责的x村基本情况熟悉了。工作中，除了完成所挂职的x科室自己负责的基本工作，每周一和周五还按乡里要求定时下到村里，及时传达乡里例会的内容，和村书记交流，了解黑峪口村的情况。我努力的去融入这里，希望被领导和同事接纳。
xx科室的工作非常多，我在这里是个信息员，每月、每季有很多数据和报表要统计，这些数据包括主要农产品情况、畜牧业生产情况、非农户畜牧业生产情况、农林牧渔业产值、每月住户调查等，还有，近期刚刚经过秋收，包括玉米的预计产量和实际产量。我的任务是协助同事把数据按时统计好，录入数据库，上传到县有关部门。这些事情看起来容易，似乎只是和数字打交道，但通过协助Y师傅做这些工作，我深刻体会到这其中的琐碎与辛苦。报表上的数字不是随便填上去的，必须有根有据，容不得半点马虎。因为每月的数据都是有标准的，而且一环扣着一环，稍有一点错误，就会带来很多的麻烦，需要一步一步的往回查，追根求源才能解决。所以，为了不必要的麻烦，Y师傅和我每一步都非常谨慎，每个数字两个人都要算，一致了才能录，录入时两个人都要再检查一遍确保没有录错。还有比较麻烦的事，在做住户调查表录入时，村里交上来的报表经常有错，看得出填表的人有个别不认真的，剩下的查错只能我们干了，因为每户的各项支出和收入在数据库中都对应唯一的一个代码，如果代码错了，数据是无法录入的。为了更准确及时的完成工作，我们需要帮那些填表的人查错，有代码写得不明确的都要一一查表，否则最后算总计时数据是不正确的，更无法传给县里。和Y师傅一起工作，能学到很多东西，他虽然在电脑操作方面不如我们这些大学生，但是，他对工作兢兢业业、一丝不苟的态度却很值得我们学习，有时工作催得很紧，他经常牺牲午休时间加班工作。看到他那么敬业，让我除了敬佩，对工作更不敢有丝毫懈怠。
在做好主要负责的任务的同时，我也会帮助同事。有一阵子，办公室里的两个同事有事请假，我一个人要完成三个人的事情，最忙的时候，我主动放弃了原本准备好的乡里组织的一次知识竞赛，看到同事拿了奖品，心中虽有遗憾，但想到按时完成了任务，自己累点也是值得的。
上个月，我有幸去参加县里组织的农民专业合作社辅导员的培训，三天下来，腰酸背痛，但我依然坚持认真听讲，记好笔记。我也曾参加过移动公司的新产品——农村信息机的培训，认真的跟随主讲完成现场演示。希望在以后的工作中可以用所学的给农民提供帮助。
关于x村的工作，我也很认真的去做好。每周按时随着包村组下村，协助包村组组长把乡里的会议精神及时传达到，偶尔因特殊情况不能亲自去村里，我会打电话给村书记把会议要点告诉他。
三个月的试用期，我想我基本完成了在市级大学生村官欢送大会上提到的“两个转变”：环境从城市到农村的转变，身份从大学生到村官助理的转变。虽然生在农村，但因求学在市区，回家次数很少，环境的改变对我也有个适应过程;而身份上，离开了学校，投入到工作中，身份也要改变，没有了校园生活的惬意，需要以最快的速度适应环境，投入到琐碎的工作中来。大学四年培养了我自主学习的能力和独立解决问题的能力，而课余时间的打工更锻炼了我的适应能力和沟通能力。在现在和以后的工作中，这些东西都成了我最宝贵的财富。
我在努力做好这份工作，但我知道，我仍有许多缺点和不足，我会在以后的工作中不断完善自己。在办公室工作中，我还需要多学习些专业性的知识，使工作更有效率，更要多和同事沟通。在村级工作中，我有很多需要进一步做的，包括认真学习党的农村政策，了解掌握村里的实际情况;把村组干部当老师，同他们搞好团结，和农民群众做朋友，做他们的贴心人;提高自己的工作能力，搞好调查研究，吃透村情民意，结合实际，协助村两委理清发展思路;利用自己的知识，积极为群众提供技术、信息等服务，帮助村里发展经济;积极传播先进文化，加强农村精神文明建设等等。
