时光飞逝，不知不觉中过去了，在老师同学们的帮助下，我顺利的完成了实习班主任的工作。总的来说，我们班同学在各方面的表现都是比较好的，但也存在着一定的问题。现将实习工作做如下自我评价：
近两个月的教育实习已经结束了，这短短的一个多月实习，使我真正体会到做一位老师的乐趣，体会到了一个作为老师的责任。同时，也使我的教学理论变成为教学实践。
做一名好的班主任的确很难。不但教学工作复杂而又繁琐，而且还要管理好整个集体，提高整体教学水平，同时又要顾及班中每一名学生。这就要求教师不能只为了完成教学任务，而且还要多关心留意学生，经常与学生交流，给予学生帮助，让他们感觉老师是在关心他，照顾他。如何形成亦师亦友，积极健康的学习氛围和团结的集体关系，对于实习的新班主任来说是具有很大的挑战的。
一、学习方面：
由于接近期考，大部分的课程都已经停课，同学们都有大部分的自己支配时间。很多同学在这周都很努力的复习，看各个科目的书籍，准备迎接期考。同学们的学习积极性普遍很高。这是一个值得肯定的地方。但是也存在一些不积极复习的行为，对自己的学习不够负责。
二、思想方面：
我们班的同学积极向党组织靠拢，大不部分的同学都是积极份子以上，并且在思想上自觉的保持先进性和积极性。
三、班级活动方面：
在班主任费老师的支持下，我们策划了一个主题班会。通过组织一次融知识、趣味于一体的活动，使学生在快乐中学到知识，在知识中收获快乐。

二、教育教学方面：
一年来我一直担任六年级的数学学科，在工作中严格要求自己，刻苦钻研业务，不断提高业务水平，不断学习新知识，探索教育教学规律，改进教育教学方法。尊重学生是以学生为主的关键。在教学中，深刻体会到要以学生为主，以学生的发展为主。必须尊重学生。尊重学生的思考权，尊重学生的发言权，尊重学生探究精神，尊重学生的思维成果。做到这些，才能够放手让学生去思考，让学生探究。
三、遵守纪律方面
本人不迟到、不早退，在工作中，尊敬领导，上级领导所教交给的任务准时的完成。从不闹无原则的纠纷，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力。
