We all have problems, and sometimes we need to vent to someone. That’s acceptable, but pay attention to how often you’re venting. We all love helping our friends and family, but when all you get from someone is negativity, it’s easier to cut them off than help, especially if they’re always complaining about the same things.

all的用法
用作形容词,有"全部的""所有的""整个的""一切的"之意,在句中可以用来作定语或表语.
That's all today.今天就讲这些了.(表语)
All my cards are in the purse我所有的书都在这个箱子里.(定语)
注：all用作定语时要放在定冠词the,指示代词this ,that ,these ,those或形容词性物主代词之前.如：
His all friends are coming this evening(×).
All his friends are coming this evening(√).
今晚他所有的朋友都要来.
用作副词,意为"都""全部""完全地",主要用来修饰形容词、副词或介词短语,在句中作状语.例如：
We are all wrong.我们完全错了.( all 作副词修饰形容词wrong)
用作不定代词,意为"全部""全体""大家""整个",既可以指代单数名词,也可以指代复数名词.在句中可以作主语、宾语、同位语.例如：
All (=Everything)is ready.一切都准备好了.(主语)
I know all of them.他们我全都认识.(宾语)
They are all working hard.他们都在努力工作.(作同位语)
注意：all用作同位语时要放在be动词、助动词之后,行为动词之前.如：
We are all students.我们都是学生.
We all want to help her.我们都想帮助她.
