一、开学初选好课代表，我告诉学生，英语课代表就是老师，谁不尊敬课代表就是不尊重老师。在平时，多教课代表如何布置作业，如何落实，使课代表明白自己的责任和重要性，从而服务于本班的英语教学。
二、挑选英语基础好责任心强的学生为小组长，小组长全面负责本组的英语学习，包括单词读音，背诵、纠错等；
三、上课。课堂上我总讲究本节课所定目标的落实，哪怕学习很少的内容也要力求做到每个同学都掌握。英语上有小组对话练习，我就实行加分制，一个对话练习正确得5分，错一处扣一分，然后再把班分成四个大组进行竞争，一个月后对4个大组进行总结，表彰得分最多的大组，可以在周末作业布置对本大组布置点作业。
四、 任务落实。130多个学生，对于学习任务我该如何落实呢？主要依靠课代表和小组长，还有个大组选的检员。在任务落实上我做到：基础知识人人过关，重点知识人人掌握。每一单元开始学习时要求全体学生单词人人过关，每个学生的单词都要会读，而且是我亲自落实；我在辅导时间重点落实各班的4号同学，保证他们基础知识必须过关。
五、批改作业。英语作业主要是面批，有错误直接指出来并纠正。小组长批改，我检查，发现一处错误本人和组长都罚超3遍在练习本上。
总之，在去年一年教学经验的基础上，我会继续在前进中多找路子，我总想一句话，方法总比困难多，我一定会加倍努力的工作，圆满完成学校下达的教育教学目标任务。

一、本区复习备考的做法
我区在教研室的指导下，充分发挥区一中的龙头作用，形成了团结协作，资源共享，积极探讨，共同进步的备考风格。具体做法有：
1、发挥高三中心备课组的作用。
科学合理，扎实有效地安排复习研讨、经验交流。做到次次有中心，次次有收获并在交流中统一备考思路。我区的备考总体思路是，淡化轮次，注重基础，科学训练，重在落实。我们以复习资料《高考攻略》为依托，把夯实基础，能力提升，热点渗透，方法指导相结合，做到全方位立体式复习。
2、注重资源共享。
我区在每年的二轮复习阶段，都会收集各校根据本校学生做题情况而编辑的错题，形成错题集，以提升备考效果，同时各校自己编的习题和复习讲义都会进行共享，以集体智慧应对高考。
3、注意复习效果的真实反馈。
我了摸清各校复习的效果我区对每次大考的组考和阅卷多做了严格而科学的安排特别作为政治学科我们非常注意对标准答案的科学把握，每次集中阅卷都会按高考的要求的标注答案进行解读，并强调阅卷尺度的准确性。
二、黄陂六中复习备考的做法
在对各校备考给予有效指导的同时也尊重各校的校情，中心备课组也鼓励各校积极探索形成自我特色。现在我就谈谈我校在备考中的一些做法。
1、科学定位，明确思路。
因为我区优质生源主要被一中录取，我校生源质量并不高，学生基础差，能力不强。针对现实我们就提出了不搞“高精尖”，强化基础能力备考思路。
2、注重读背，重在落实。
为了强化学生的基础知识，我们特别注意书本知识的掌握，为此我校规定了每周五早自习为文综早自习，而且各班还规定每天晚自习前的半小时时间也为读书时间，做到时间有保证，同时我们引导学生根据自己的实际制定背书计划，我们为了落实背书效果还专门利用课堂时间或课后时间进行检查，对没有达标的学生给予一定的惩罚。另外我们有些老师还想了一些特别方法，比如把要求背记的内容录成MP3放给学生听以加深映象。
3、科学训练，有效讲评。
在训练上我们注意三位一体滚动训练，我们的训练由课堂演练，单元小结训练，学科综合滚动训练，文综训练共同组成，这些练习卷主要由我校教师根据本校学情组编而成，很少使用现成套卷。凡是正规的考试练习我们都会做错题统计，以便评奖具有针对性，并未随后错题集的编辑打下基础。

二、制度逐步健全，在工作上保障教研活动顺利进行。
1.在学生学习方面，为了培养学生英语学习的积极态度，重视英语学习，提高英语地位，学校制定各种学习制度，首先，期末调研制度。学校规定期末和语文数学一样，进行期末英语调研，统一考试，调换改卷，并规定期末英语成绩达到优秀，才能评优秀学生。其次，英语早读制度。我们在早读课的安排上作了一些调整：为了提高早自修的英语学习效率，每班一星期一次英语早自修，英语老师每天去不同的班级，亲自指导学生，大大增多了学生学习英语的时间，形成了学生学习英语的良好氛围。第三，各种比赛制度。每学期我们结合教研室活动举行各种竞赛，如五年级英语书写比赛，迎国庆英语十佳口语能手比赛，英语讲故事比赛等，还成立英语社团，培养英语尖子生。常年的活动，为学生留下了成长的足迹，为我校在市、区各级各类比赛中获得佳绩奠定了基础。
2、在教师的教学方面，以青蓝工程为载体，新老教师相互学习，认真开展教研组活动。以外出学习为桥梁，认真向名师学习教学经验，提高自身的教育教学素养。
1）校内实施“青蓝”工程制度。对于备课、上课、作业批改等日常教学环节，我们注重细节，从不马虎，总能不折不扣地去完成，就改作来说吧，我们规定不能一页只打一个大大的对号，几小题就要求有几个小对号，每页要有日期和等级，学生订正后教师必须及时批改等等。青蓝工程要求我们学校的四位年轻教师每月上一节组内公开课，要求全员参与评课，要有师傅评课摘录，要求徒弟每月一个案例反思，每两个星期看课堂实录一节，等等。年轻老师们都能认真完成教学任务，虚心反思，磨课，试教，再磨课，再试教，不断提升自己的业务水平，增加自己的教学经验，也充分调动学生的学习积极性、主动性，真正做到以人为本，使学生成为学习的主人，从而达到理想的学习效果。
2）校外进行名师指导，上汇报课制度。为不断促进教师专业成长，实现学习成果共享，学校尽最大可能为教师创造外出学习机会的同时，规定了教师外出学习汇报制度。学校要求外出学习教师要认真听课，做好笔记，搜集相关资料，通过讲座、汇报课或书面汇报等形式，扩大了教师的学习面，有力地促进了全校教师业务能力和科研水平的不断提高。另外，我们两次请教研员给我们年轻教师进行听课评课指导，使他们尽快适应小学英语的教学，更好地发挥自己的特长，形成各具特色的教学风格，努力向名师队伍迈进。
三、团队精进合作，在参加各类活动中提升师生素质。
我们教研组发扬团结协作的精神，积极参加教研室组织的各项教育教学评比活动，以提高师生的英语素养。鼓励年轻教师抓住机遇，自我加压。开学初，学校根据教研室的各种比赛活动，制定比赛得奖目标，要求我们认真完成教研室下达的各项任务，我们发挥教研组集体的力量，精心准备每一个比赛活动，并取得较好的成绩。例如教师说课比赛、学生讲故事比赛、书写比赛、教具课件比赛等等，在大家的共同努力下，都取得了不错的成绩。

什么是高效的英语课？当然是容量大，重复率高，学生才能收获多。我校三年级分实验班、二个普通段、复习段，共有四个年级段，所以四个备课组集体备课，集体研讨。课堂上精讲少讲，把时间和思维还给学生。因此，不懂的单词让学生自己动手查一查，好的短语句式留时间给学生记一记，阅读中的疑难让学生自己主动问一问。老师起的作用是引导、点拨、解惑和督促。
4、写地道的作文
关于英语书面表达，是下段工作的复习重点，如何写地道的作文，我们主要是依据上学期的每次周练中的作文训练，试验段教师在批阅后，把学生的好词好句总结下来，活页印刷发给学生。四月二十日之前再印成一本小书发给学生以便于背诵。这项工作去年就在做，也是我们其中几个同志所做的科研课题的内容。
另外，现在要求周二的英语课指定上成写作课。主要包含两部分，学生周练作文中的典型错误，变成单句改错来练习；学生的易错单词，以及好短语好句式采用听写训练。
5、抓思维训练
学生的词汇达到一定水平后，尤其是在面对阅读理解时，单词都认识，文章也差不多懂了，但是题做错了。这就是思维的问题。阅读训练中，教师应该关注学生做题过程中的思维活动，要着力于提升学生的思维能力、思维品质。如何训练思维，如何指导学生，这也是下一步的工作重点。打算结合高考题分类指导，比如主旨大意题，作者写作目的题等等，找一些共性问题来重点培养学生解题思维，并加以强化练习，让学生真正体会命题规律和解题方向。
