辞职报告要素:

1、格式上与一般报告一样,通常写给单位最高负责人。

第一段先写自己在单位的职务,简况;第二段写

辞职的主要原因;

第三段表示遗憾和感谢,并表示以后有机会还会合作;

最后表示自己手头的工作已完成可交接。

2、语气要平和,不要抱怨和不满,给将来合作留有余地。

3、辞职报告最好打印,用a4规格,亲自签名,提早一周亲自递给领导并面谈。

常用表达方式

1. Effective September16*, I will be terminating my employment with ABC Company.

"effective" 即 being in effect or operative

例句:"The summer day light saving time is effective May 30."

2. I write to tender * my resignation from office. My last day of employment will be June 16.

"tender" 动词, 即"to offer" 或 "to present for acceptance"
