我已经在承担梦想破灭后的严重后果了。不断的提升能力，不断的积累经验，我发现却是更难的找到工作。it是个年轻人的行业，很多主管的年龄正与我相仿，容纳同龄的下属也需要更多的包容。面对职场，我一下子不知怎么去与同龄人竞争；面向未来，我到四十岁还有十年，还有机会发展自己。
刚从创业的激情中冷清下来，我还没有完全规划好新的职业计划，未来的职业方向会从系统集成项目回到it服务。我在***没有从后勤岗位成功转型到it服务，新的创业公司又在it服务中折戟，对这一行业持续关注和投入，我建立了深厚的行业感情；而且更为高端的it服务，我接触还太少。正因为如此，我看好这个方向，我在这一方向的发展远未到瓶颈。
